The Paddock
The Paddock is a characterful rural property on the edge of the Northamptonshire village of Easton on the Hill. A leading independent surveyor and estate agent covering Stamford and the surrounding area commissioned a full property presentation package to give this distinctive home the marketing it deserved.
Working across the interior and exterior of the property we delivered a complete set of professionally edited photographs capturing the character, space and light of every room. Drone photography showcased the property's rural setting and surrounding landscape, while a fully hosted DSLR 360 virtual tour gave potential buyers the opportunity to explore the property remotely before booking a viewing.
All assets were delivered within 48 hours and made available directly to the agent team ready for portal and marketing use.

Agent Introduction Film
One of the UK's most respected luxury property networks, working exclusively with exceptional homes across Stamford, Rutland and the surrounding area, commissioned a professional introduction film to launch a new Partner Agent into the local market.
Shot on location across Stamford's most iconic settings — the historic bridge near The George Hotel, the Georgian grandeur of Barn Hill and the character streets surrounding All Saints Church — the film introduces the agent as both a local expert and a trusted representative of a premium property brand.
The finished film combines a presenter led piece to camera, cinematic B-roll of Stamford and the surrounding countryside, and a carefully composed musical score to create a warm, confident and premium introduction to the agent and the exceptional service their clients can expect.

Short Term Accommodation
Apex Stays is a short term let operator running a portfolio of characterful properties across Stamford and the surrounding area.
The brief covered four distinct properties across Stamford and King's Cliffe, each with its own character and appeal. St Mary's Hill brings a modern one bedroom with exposed beams in the heart of Stamford. The Granary on Church Street is a stylish two bedroom retreat with period features that has welcomed guests celebrating weddings and special occasions. The two St Paul's properties offer flexible accommodation for both leisure and business guests in central Stamford. Rose Cottage in King's Cliffe provides a rural two bedroom escape for guests looking to explore the Northamptonshire countryside.
Each property was photographed to show its individual character whilst maintaining a consistent quality of presentation across the portfolio. The goal was simple — images that make guests feel confident before they arrive and excited before they book.

Character Village Home
Castle Bytham is one of Lincolnshire's most sought after villages. A quiet stone-built community with genuine character and a strong sense of place. This substantial four bedroom property sits at the heart of that community and presented a genuinely interesting photographic brief.
With multiple living spaces across four floors including a basement, period fireplaces, exposed beams, original woodwork and a large mature garden with outbuildings, the property has real depth and variety. Part of the home remains in the process of conversion, adding a further dimension to the brief. Presenting a property that is both liveable today and full of future potential.
The photography aimed to honour the character of every room whilst giving buyers a clear and honest picture of the full scale of what is on offer. From the stone exterior and sweeping garden to the intimate period interiors, each space was approached on its own terms.
A full measured floor plan across all four floors was also produced, giving buyers a complete spatial understanding of this rare and characterful home.
