Limestone Village Home
A leading independent estate agent covering Stamford, Peterborough villages and the surrounding area commissioned a property presentation package for this substantial detached home in the Lincolnshire village of West Deeping.
Working across the interior and exterior of the property we delivered a professionally edited set of photographs capturing the character, space and light throughout. With a south facing garden and a limestone facade that comes alive in direct sunlight, timing was everything on this shoot. A second visit later in the day ensured the front of the house and the garden were captured in the best possible light, giving both the exterior and outdoor spaces the presence they deserved.
Drone photography showcased the property within its village setting, giving potential buyers a clear aerial perspective of the home, its plot and the surrounding landscape.
All assets were delivered and made available directly to the agent team ready for portal and marketing use.

Commissioned by a leading independent estate agent covering Stamford, Oundle and the surrounding area, the brief was to produce a complete set of marketing assets that gave potential buyers a clear and confident picture of the home before arranging a viewing.
Working across every room and outdoor space we delivered a professionally edited set of interior and exterior photographs capturing the scale, light and character of the property. Drone photography showed the property in its rural setting, placing it within the wider landscape and giving buyers a sense of the privacy and space the location offers.

Vendor-Led Property Presentation
This Coventry property was photographed directly for the vendor after the original listing imagery failed to show the home at its best.
The brief was to create a stronger and more considered presentation that would give buyers a clearer sense of the space, finish and overall feel of the property before arranging a viewing. As the property sat outside my usual working area, the focus was on delivering a complete set of marketing assets that could immediately improve the way the home appeared online.
Working across the interior, exterior and surrounding setting, we produced a full set of professionally edited photographs with careful attention to light, composition and flow. Drone imagery helped show the property from a wider perspective, while a fully hosted 360 virtual tour gave potential buyers the chance to explore the home remotely and build confidence before viewing in person.
The final assets gave the vendor a more polished and complete marketing presentation, helping the property make a stronger first impression online.

Agent Introduction Film
One of the UK's most respected luxury property networks, working exclusively with exceptional homes across Stamford, Rutland and the surrounding area, commissioned a professional introduction film to launch a new Partner Agent into the local market.
Shot on location across Stamford's most iconic settings — the historic bridge near The George Hotel, the Georgian grandeur of Barn Hill and the character streets surrounding All Saints Church — the film introduces the agent as both a local expert and a trusted representative of a premium property brand.
The finished film combines a presenter led piece to camera, cinematic B-roll of Stamford and the surrounding countryside, and a carefully composed musical score to create a warm, confident and premium introduction to the agent and the exceptional service their clients can expect.

Apex Stays is a short term let operator running a portfolio of characterful properties across Stamford and the surrounding area.
The brief covered four distinct properties across Stamford and King's Cliffe, each with its own character and appeal. St Mary's Hill brings a modern one bedroom with exposed beams in the heart of Stamford. The Granary on Church Street is a stylish two bedroom retreat with period features that has welcomed guests celebrating weddings and special occasions. The two St Paul's properties offer flexible accommodation for both leisure and business guests in central Stamford. Rose Cottage in King's Cliffe provides a rural two bedroom escape for guests looking to explore the Northamptonshire countryside.
Each property was photographed to show its individual character whilst maintaining a consistent quality of presentation across the portfolio. The goal was simple — images that make guests feel confident before they arrive and excited before they book.

Character Village Home
Castle Bytham is one of Lincolnshire's most sought after villages. A quiet stone-built community with genuine character and a strong sense of place. This substantial four bedroom property sits at the heart of that community and presented a genuinely interesting photographic brief.
With multiple living spaces across four floors including a basement, period fireplaces, exposed beams, original woodwork and a large mature garden with outbuildings, the property has real depth and variety. Part of the home remains in the process of conversion, adding a further dimension to the brief. Presenting a property that is both liveable today and full of future potential.
The photography aimed to honour the character of every room whilst giving buyers a clear and honest picture of the full scale of what is on offer. From the stone exterior and sweeping garden to the intimate period interiors, each space was approached on its own terms.
A full measured floor plan across all four floors was also produced, giving buyers a complete spatial understanding of this rare and characterful home.
